Position: Value Engineering / VAVE Engineer (Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Products)

We are looking for an experienced VAVE / Cost Reduction Engineer with 3+ years of experience in teardown benchmarking, value engineering, and product cost optimization. The candidate will drive Design-to-Value (DtV) initiatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, develop cutting-edge design concepts, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to improve product performance, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute teardown, benchmarking, VAVE, and cost reduction projects.
- Identify and implement Design-to-Value (DtV) opportunities.
- Develop cost-effective product concepts and feasibility studies.
- Perform material, process, and supplier optimization.
- Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and validation activities.
- Review BOMs,



manufacturing processes, and product cost structures.
- Create engineering drawings and manage design changes in PLM systems (Windchill).
- Work with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams globally.
- Support prototype validation and product qualification activities.
