Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Generation Specialist
with
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate lead generation and performance marketing
.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns for our
existing Real Estate clients
, with a strong focus on generating
high-quality, conversion-oriented leads
for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires someone who understands the complete Real Estate lead generation funnel, from audience targeting and campaign execution to lead quality analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
lead generation campaigns for Real Estate projects
across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial Real Estate projects based on defined target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Manage and optimize
Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
to achieve targeted lead volumes and CPL.
- Develop audience strategies based on location, demographics, buyer profiles, interests, property type, and project positioning.
- Monitor key campaign metrics including
CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, lead volume, lead quality, and ROAS/ROI
.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Track and analyze lead quality in coordination with client serv
