About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Education Counsellor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, counselling, lead-conversion, and team-handling skills, with experience in the education, training, edtech, or professional courses industry.

The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective students, understanding their career requirements, counselling them on suitable SAP/IT training programs, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospects into admissions.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding SAP and IT training programs.
- Understand the candidate's career goals, educational background, and requirements to recommend suitable courses.




- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records in Zoho CRM and designated sales sheets.
- Ensure every assigned lead is followed up systematically without missing prospects.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle objections related to course fees, duration, placement, career opportunities, and other concerns.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Generate referrals and explore opportunities for additional admissions.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and maintain proper reporting.
- Support junior counsellors and guide them on effective counselling and follow-up practices.
- Monitor team-level follow-ups and help improve lead conversion.
