We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Service Engineer
to join our team and handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for
Interactive Flat Panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of Interactive Flat Panels
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, display, touch, and connectivity issues
- On-site service and preventive maintenance
- Customer technical support and issue resolution
- Coordination with the technical and sales teams
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field
- Experience with Interactive Flat Panels, smart boards or AV equipment preferred
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
