We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related concerns across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent English and Hindi communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service and SLA standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with order status, cancellations, refunds, returns, and product-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet defined quality and SLA standards.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, processes, and services.
- Follow up with customers wherever required to ensure satisfactory resolution.




- Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer support/ticketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Robust customer-centric approach and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
- 6 months2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, E-commerce, or a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM, or ticketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling order management, returns, refunds, and customer complaints is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply, depending on the company's requirements.
