Position: Senior HR Executive / HR Manager – Recruitment

Experience: 3–12 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Headhunting, preferably with experience in managerial and mid-level hiring.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and headhunting activities, with a strong focus on sourcing quality candidates for managerial and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and professional networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting and direct sourcing.
- Manage recruitment for executive, managerial and junior-level positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency assessment.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.




- Maintain an active talent pipeline and recruitment database.
- Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiation and candidate follow-up until joining.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and maintain recruitment reports.

Required Skills
- Robust sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and market trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
