Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for IT services and consulting solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell additional services and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales engineers) to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
