Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review sales entries, purchase orders, and GST returns accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, credits, and debit notes in Zoho Books.
- Generate reports on sales performance using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions in Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to bookkeeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in accountancy or a related field (freshers can apply).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, Excel, and basic knowledge of formulas like SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, HLOOKUP etc.
