Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Visa Officer – UK & Ireland
to manage and support student visa applications from initial documentation through final submission. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of UK and Ireland student visa processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of handling student visa applications accurately and within deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process
UK and Ireland student visa applications
, ensuring compliance with the latest immigration rules and visa requirements.
- Provide accurate guidance to students regarding visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and application requirements.
- Verify students’
financial documents and visa funds
to ensure they meet the applicable UK and Ireland visa requirements.
- Assist students in completing
UK and Ireland visa application forms
accurately and ensure all information is consistent with supporting documentation.




- Guide students on the documents required for their visa applications and conduct thorough document checks before submission.
- Work closely with the
Counselling Team
to support students throughout the visa filing process and ensure a smooth transition from counselling to visa processing.
- Review student profiles and documentation to identify
potential visa risks
, inconsistencies, or documentation gaps and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, documentation, submissions, and visa outcomes.
- Handle multiple student cases simultaneously while ensuring each application is completed accurately and submitted within the required timelines.
- Keep up to date with changes in
UK and Ireland immigration policies, visa regulations, financial requirements, and application procedures.
- Provide timely updates and guidance to students throughout the visa process and address their queries professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams
