Key Responsibilities:
● Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit) OR marketplace operations across Myntra, Nykaa and Ajio portals
● Manage catalog quality, listings, and QC across all platforms
● Run RCA on returns/RTO (Amazon, Flipkart) and fill-rate/OSA gaps (quick-commerce)
● Track conversion, returns, RTO, sell-through, fill rate, and SLA adherence
● Execute inventory planning, including dark-store allocation for quick-commerce
● Coordinate with planning, marketing, and supply chain teams
● Partner with marketplace account managers on growth programs and sale events
● Identify and execute category-level growth levers (pricing, catalog, ads, platform programs)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
