The Modular Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and timely procurement of raw materials, hardware, accessories, tools, and other items required for modular furniture production and site installation. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring materials are available as per production and project requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and source reliable suppliers for modular furniture materials, hardware, accessories, boards, fittings, tools, and consumables.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved material requirements.
- Coordinate with the production and project teams to understand material requirements and priorities.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in production or site work.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Verify the quantity,



quality, and specifications of materials received.
