Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell elevators, lifts, and related solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, references, and digital marketing.
- Identify potential customers for elevator and lift installations.
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, developers, and individual customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain elevator features, specifications, and benefits.
- Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into sales.




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and marketing experience preferred, preferably in the elevator, construction, real estate, or engineering industry.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
