Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Videographer cum Editor role based in Kozhikode. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, capturing footage, and recording transparent audio. The Videographer cum Editor will edit raw footage into polished videos, add graphics, titles, and basic animations, and ensure color, sound, and pacing meet brand standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on concepts, organizing and managing media files, maintaining equipment, and delivering content on schedule for social media, events, and other channels.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in video shooting and camera operation, including framing, lighting, and audio capture.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Ability to plan shoots,



follow storyboards or scripts, and contribute creative ideas to visual storytelling.
- Competence in managing media assets, organizing footage, and maintaining a streamlined post-production workflow.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure consistency in color correction, sound quality, and overall visual style.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Capability to work on-site full time in Kozhikode and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in videography and editing is preferred.
