Role & responsibilities :
- Handle functional support and implementation activities for Oracle EBS R12 Finance.
- Work on GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax/EBTax, and Intercompany modules.
- Gather business requirements and provide appropriate Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
- Configure Finance modules based on business requirements and process needs.
- Handle GST and Tax related requirements, transactions, and issues.
- Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Perform AP, AR, Bank, Subledger, and GL reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and process documentation.
- Perform SIT/UAT testing and coordinate defect resolution.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and customizations.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business stakeholders.
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.

Preferred candidate profile:




- 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax/EBTax, and Intercompany.
- Good understanding of GST and Indian Taxation processes.
- Solid experience in Reconciliation, Intercompany Accounting, and Month-End Closing.
- Experience in Oracle EBS Finance implementation, enhancement, and production support.
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, functional documentation, and user support.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, reports, and basic SQL will be an added advantage.
- Candidates available to work from Mumbai will be preferred.
