Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 5+ years of experience providing Zuken E3.series application support in a global engineering organization.

Roles and Responsibilities (R&R;)
- Provide L1/L2 application support for Zuken E3.series issues raised by global engineering users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to schematic, cable, and formboard design workflows.
- Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, AVD, and IT teams during application outages or performance degradation.
- Create, modify, and deactivate Zuken E3.series user accounts for global users.
- Assign and manage rolebased access for standard and formboard users.
- Perform functional and performance testing for new Zuken E3.series releases, patches, and hotfixes.
- Provide postrelease hypercare support and resolve upgraderelated issues.
- Assist users with new features, enhancements, and best practices following each Zuken E3.series release.




- Collaborate with the documentation team to maintain training material and quick reference guides.
- Function as a liaison between design engineers, automation teams, and vendor support as required.
- Document recurring issues, known errors, and standard resolutions.
- Maintain internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong handson experience with Zuken E3.series, including Schematic, Cable, and Formboard modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to ECAD applications.
- Good understanding of electrical design concepts and ECAD workflows.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for global user interaction.
- Experience working in a support setting with defined SLAs.
