Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and energetic Event Coordinator / Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage various events and functions, including corporate events, weddings, meetings, seminars, celebrations, social gatherings, funerals, receptions, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from initial planning to successful completion.
- Coordinate venues, decorations, catering, seating, transportation, sound, photography, and other event requirements.
- Communicate with clients, families, vendors, guests, and service providers.
- Prepare event schedules, budgets, quotations, checklists, and other documentation.
- Supervise event setup and ensure smooth execution of the event.
- Manage event staff and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle last-minute changes, client requests, and unexpected situations professionally.
- Monitor event quality, timelines, and service standards.




- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the event.
- Prepare post-event reports, expense statements, and feedback reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in event management, event coordination, hospitality, wedding planning, or function management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements.
