If you have a keen eye for design, a friendly personality, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect piece whether it’s Gold, Diamond, or Silver we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly Welcoming Clients: Greet every visitor with a smile, listen to what they’re looking for, and help them find jewellery they'll cherish.
- Sharing Product Knowledge: Walk customers through design details, gold purity, diamond ratings, and craftsmanship, as well as custom options.
- Building Lasting Relationships: Turn first-time visitors into lifelong clients through sincere, personalized service.
- Showroom Excellence: Help keep the floor looking flawless, assist with daily inventory displays, stock counts, and light audits.
- Hitting Goals: Drive personal and team sales targets through great customer care.
- End-to-End Care: Assist with billing, follow up on custom orders or repairs,



and answer post-purchase questions.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in retail jewellery sales.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Jewellery Expertise: Good understanding of gold purity, diamond grading, and gemstones.
- Personal Touch: Reliable, polite, presentable, and genuinely driven by sales and customer happiness.
