About the role :

HomeArt Design Studio is looking for an experienced
Site Supervisor / Project Manager
to manage residential and commercial interior projects from execution to final handover.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of interior execution, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to manage contractors, vendors, materials, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day execution of interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved
2D layouts, 3D designs, drawings, and specifications
.
- Supervise workmanship, finishing quality, measurements, and installation.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and availability at site.




- Prepare regular site progress reports and communicate updates to the design/project team.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
- Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of execution.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover.

Required Skills :
- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision/project management.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and construction processes.
- Good understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand
2D drawings and 3D designs
.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and workers.
- Good knowledge of measurements, materials, and finishing standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites
