Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to system administration and networking problems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and familiarity with Macs.
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP/VPN configuration.
