Job Description Expeditor (Vendor Works)

For: Static Equipment, Rotary Equipment & Fabrication

Location - Ahmedabad

Timeline: From October 2026 onwards.

Purpose

To monitor, expedite, and coordinate manufacturing activities at vendor works to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, adherence to approved schedules, and on-time delivery to project sites.

Production Monitoring & Expediting
- Track actual progress against approved production schedules and milestone dates.
- Identify potential delays and proactively coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors/sub-vendors for completion of supply, fabrication, assembly, packing, and dispatch activities.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with vendors and L&T; Team

Prepare and submit: Daily status updation & weekly expediting reports

Dispatch & Logistics Support
- Verify readiness of material for inspection & dispatch.
- Coordinate for preparation of Packing lists, Dispatch documents, QR code generation and affixation on each DU, MDN generation through L&T; portal (eAlps).
- Monitor loading activities and immediate sharing of soft copy of dispatch documents to L&T;.
