Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to support our Legal Department in handling day-to-day legal activities, documentation, compliance, and legal research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Legal Team in legal research and analysis on corporate and commercial matters.
- Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Assist in contract review and documentation.
- Maintain and organize legal records, case files, agreements, and other documents.
- Assist with legal compliance and tracking of statutory requirements.
- Support the team in preparing legal reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collection of required legal documents and information.
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining vendor, employee, and business-related agreements.
- Support the Legal Team in litigation and non-litigation matters as required.
- Perform other legal and administrative activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Corporate Law and basic legal concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B recent graduates.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in Corporate Law, Banking/NBFC Law, Contracts, and Legal Compliance will be preferred.
