Job Description – Fiber Splicer Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform fiber optic cable splicing using fusion splicing machines.
- Carry out fiber jointing, termination, and testing as per standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot fiber faults and link issues.
- Conduct OTDR and power meter testing to ensure signal quality.
- Perform fiber cable installation, maintenance, and restoration activities.
- Maintain proper fiber routing, dressing, and joint closures.
- Follow safety procedures while working at sites and during field activities.
- Coordinate with the team for fault restoration and network maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: SSC & Above
- Experience: 0–4 Years
- Basic knowledge of fiber optics and splicing techniques.
- Ability to work in field conditions and handle fiber tools/equipment.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
