Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave, and other routine HR operations.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist the HR team with various HR initiatives and administrative activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
