Business Analyst - P & C Insurance - Small commercial lines of Businesss

Experience - 8 - 13 years

Location - Noida/Gurugran/Bangalore/Pune (hybrid)

Key Requirement for the Position
- At least 8+ years of work experience in Business Analyst role in any reputed Information Technology company.
- 8+ years of experience in Insurance domain. Knowledge about complete Insurance value chain i.e. Submission, Quotes, Policy Bound, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing and Reinsurance.
- Prior working experience in managing international clients, Small Commercial Lines, multi-vendor involvement in solution delivery.
- Strong documentation skills on feature understanding, tracking of items, maintaining RTM, FSD, Change requests documents, back log/ query log.
- Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking.

Job Description
- Support the product manager to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Create, maintain,



and prioritize the product backlog, which includes user stories, features, and tasks
- Create user stories and add acceptance criteria
- Clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the sprint to ensure team delivers high-value features
- Review completed work against acceptance criteria, approving or rejecting deliverables to ensure they meet user expectations and business goals.
- Own UAT by validating that delivered features meet business expectations and are ready for release
- Assist BAs / Testing Team in creating functional / Regression test suites to be used in testing business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into application
- Guide/mentor junior BAs in organization
- Participate in value addition initiatives for creating meaningful assets for account or organisation per chance
