Cruxx Solutions is looking for
1–2 Marketing & Sales Associates
to help us grow our flagship robotics software platform and engineering services.

If you're someone who enjoys speaking with people, researching markets, building client relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across the robotics, UAV, defence, industrial automation, and technology sectors.

• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and client database.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate product demonstrations.

• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM/sales records.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development.

• Work closely with the founders to shape the company's sales and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements





• 6 months of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role. (Freshers with strong background can also apply)

• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus).

• Confident in cold calling, emailing, and professional client interactions.

• Self-driven, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiarity with B2B sales, CRM tools, or the technology sector is a bonus.
