● Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.

● Address and escalate client concerns, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

● Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and comprehensive client information.

● Ensure data integrity by removing duplicates and tracking client interactions systematically.

● Track and monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel.

● Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.

● Liaise with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.

● Collaborate to align customer interactions with business objectives and processes.

● Generate detailed reports on customer interactions, payment collections, and overall CRM department performance.





Provide actionable insights from reports to support management in decision-making.

● Ensure all interactions and processes comply with legal and regulatory standards in the real estate industry.

● Stay updated on regulations affecting property sales, leases, and customer documentation.

● Oversee and support the documentation process for property sales, leases, and registrations.

● Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client-related documents.

● Guide and assist clients through the loan application process for property purchases.

● Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing.

● Provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to CRM processes and best practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
