Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our specialty gas business vertical in South India.

The primary responsibility will be business development and driving the growth of sales numbers for the division.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the specialty gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.

Sales Growth s Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division. Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the company’s offerings.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in dealing with Fluid Control products, someone with experience with Gas Distribution companies and contractors, Clean

Room Installers, Analytical customers, Laboratory, RCD /
