Associate Director Structured Finance Securitization -CLO/RMBS/CMBS-15 Years- Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Structured Finance to lead the analysis and execution of complex structured finance and securitization transactions.

The role will involve evaluating transaction structures, performing detailed cash-flow modelling, scenario analysis, collateral assessment, and credit risk analysis, as well as presenting recommendations to senior management and rating committees.

The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to structured finance, securitization, credit ratings, investment banking, or risk management, with hands-on knowledge of products such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, and consumer/commercial asset securitizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end analytical execution of structured finance and securitization transactions.
2. Analyze complex transactions including ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, consumer asset securitizations, and commercial asset securitizations.
3. Perform detailed cash-flow modelling, stress testing, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and credit risk assessment.
4. Evaluate transaction structures, collateral characteristics, legal documentation, servicing arrangements, payment waterfalls, and structural protections.
5. Assess underlying asset performance and identify key transaction, collateral, counterparty, liquidity, and structural risks.
6. Prepare detailed analytical reports and present transaction recommendations to senior management and rating committees.
