Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Experience: 0-2 Years

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Reach out to potential candidates through cold calling & conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate for interviews with candidates & hiring manager.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends,



recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Well versed with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna etc .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and evaluate candidate fit.
- Able to work with ATS and other recruitment tracking tools.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience working with clients, recruitment consultancies, or staffing firms will be plus.
