This role forms a core part of Tradeweb's global Surveillance function, with primary responsibility for daily alert disposition and case management, while contributing to the enhancement of the Surveillance framework through work on alert design, calibration and dashboard development. The successful candidate will help strengthen monitoring coverage, improve the efficiency of alert handling, and support the development of data-driven methodologies that underpin a scalable surveillance environment.

Working closely with the Global Head of Surveillance and senior members of the team, the role provides a mix of operational and developmental responsibilities across Fixed Income surveillance. The individual will support improvements to monitoring coverage, contribute to tuning and optimization of alert scenarios, and assist in strengthening data quality and automation initiatives. Although not expected to independently drive all development streams, the ability to contribute meaningfully to them is important.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct the daily review and analysis of surveillance alerts to ensure timely escalation and effective case management.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of closed alerts handled by other Surveillance Officers to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and submit market abuse notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Produce management information (MI) to support recurring reports, board-level presentations, and regulatory submissions.
- Support the integration of new business initiatives
