Technical Skills

1. Design and Analysis: Ability to design and analyze fire

hydrant systems, including hydraulic calculations and

system layout.

2. Fire Protection Engineering: Knowledge of fire

protection engineering principles, including fire

dynamics, suppression systems, and alarm systems.

3. Piping and Plumbing: Understanding of piping and

plumbing systems, including materials, fittings, and

valves.

4. Pumps and Pumping Systems: Calculations of pumps and

capacity, including selection, sizing, and installation.

5. Water Supply Systems: Understanding of water supply

systems, including municipal water supplies, wells, and

stored water tanks.
