Lead – Payroll Accounting & Pension Fund Management

Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: MBA - Finance / M.com
Location: Chakan MIDC, Pune
Industry: Luxury Car Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Manage payroll inputs related to employee loans/EMIs, investment declarations, tax calculations, and other statutory deductions.
- Manage expatriate payroll and benefits, including reviewing perks, determining taxability, and submitting required information through the applicable web-based systems.
- Review and ensure timely submission of quarterly Income Tax/TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates.
- Ensure timely distribution of Form 16, PF annual statements,



and Superannuation statements to employees.
- Ensure payroll processes are compliant with applicable statutory and company requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and external agencies for payroll, tax, PF, and pension-related activities.
