Looking for a premier Engineering Graduate, preferably with Management Degree to work in CEO Cell, who will directly report to the CEO. The candidate will provide strategic, analytical & financial support for existing and new initiatives to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). He will serve as the primary point of contact for internal & external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The candidate will serve as a liaison to the Department Heads / Senior Leadership & Senior Management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach & external relations efforts; and oversees special projects/ assignments.

Role Description
- To assist CEO in day-to-day strategic & operational matters.
- Preparation of strategic plan and implementation framework for the Company and related businesses.
- Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
- Keep a tab on policies and regulatory developments in the Sector, both in the country and internationally.
- Close coordination with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of the company and key stakeholders.




- Preparation of internal notes / discussion documents / reports / presentations for discussion with internal & external stakeholders.
- Well acquaintance with the Senior and Middle level functionaries in the Power Sector organizations like Ministry of Power (MoP), Central Electricity Authority CEA), Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Power Finance Corporation (PFC), REC Limited, State Energy Department, SERC, etc.
- Good understanding of operations of power market.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills in order to perform financial analysis. Good hands-on simulation studies.
- Involved in techno-commercial analysis of proposals.
- Continuously strategize, monitor and evaluate organization goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
