About the Role:

The Support Engineer – Linux & Network will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to employees and ensuring smooth daily operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves hands-on work with Linux-based systems, network troubleshooting, hardware/software management, and coordination with vendors for procurement and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide end-to-end IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

 Manage and monitor Linux-based systems, performing tasks such as file management, user access, and command-line operations.

 Oversee and maintain semiconductor design tools and licenses, ensuring compliance and proper utilization.

 Assist in basic network configuration and troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

 Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, installation, and issue resolution.

 Maintain and update IT asset inventory (laptops,



peripherals, and hardware).

 Ensure smooth daily IT operations and support business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

 Hands-on experience with Linux (basic commands, user management, and file systems).

 Good understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi configuration, troubleshooting).

 Knowledge of hardware setup and maintenance.

 Familiarity with license management and IT asset tracking.

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
