Job Role: Solar Energy Technician

Job Description
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar plant equipment.
- Address and resolve bill reading issues reported by customers.
- Assist with online monitoring of solar plants.
- Support customer registration and related service activities.
- Ensure effective service delivery to maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
- Identify and report technical issues during maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of plant and customer-related service issues.
- Maintain proper service records and documentation.




- Follow all safety procedures and ensure zero safety violations.
- Coordinate with the relevant technical and service teams when required.
