About the Role

We are building a portfolio of AI-powered software products spanning fintech, energy technology, and business automation. Our flagship build is an integrated accounting, HR, and payroll platform that takes small businesses from employee setup and time capture through pay calculation, approval, payment, statutory filing, reporting, and financial forecasting, with an AI review layer that keeps every high-risk decision under human control. Alongside it, we operate a live test preparation platform, an AI diagnostic platform for schools and families, and a set of internal automation systems built on up-to-date SaaS tooling.

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer who can own features end to end: designing and refining the user interface, building the application and data layers,



wiring up third-party and backend integrations, and building and training the AI models and algorithms that make these products intelligent. You will work directly with the founder, ship to production frequently, and see your work used by real customers within weeks, not quarters.

What You Will Work On
- Design, build, and ship features across the full stack for a multi-product portfolio: an accounting/HR/payroll platform.
- Implement complex, rules-driven business logic: payroll calculation engines, effective-dated records, validation and exception workflows, approval chains, audit trails, and role-based access control.
- Own UI/UX improvements: translate product requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces, refine existing screens, build dashboards and guided workflows, and maintain visual and interaction consistency across products.
