Role & responsibilities

HCP Engagement- Contracting - Experienced Associate: Skillset :

1) 2+ year Experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
2) Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
3) Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
4) Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
5) Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).

Job location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram only

Flexible for work timings including US timings

Versatile for complete 5 days work from office mode

Exp range: 2 year to 4.6 year
