We will count on you to:

We are looking for a candidate who would be providing secretarial assistance to the team based of the Head Office in Mumbai. The candidate would be responsible for:
- Responsible for performing numerous administrative duties such as managing calendar, travel bookings and data management
- Managing personal expenses, travel, holidays and other related items
- Ability to follow timelines and willingness to work in alignment to work deadlines
- Will be an interface between different stakeholders (internal as well as external)
- Expense management, maintaining work trackers, hotel/airline coordination & loyalty programmes
- Fixing and coordinating meetings
- Executive communications including email management and attending calls.
- Making power point presentations and MIS reporting

What you need to have:
- Excellent Communication skills- both written and verbal
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),



preparing reports/newsletters
- Organized, self-disciplined and pro-active
- Detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and articulate communication.
- Multi-tasking ability
- Work experience with MNC or consultancy firms or any service industry would be preferred
- Person who is ambitious, career focused, self-accountable and willing to put hard work and long hours.
- Preferred candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience.
