Marketing Director – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Director to lead AiR’s marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

In this role, you will lead a talented marketing team, develop impactful campaigns, drive audience engagement, and ensure that our marketing efforts support AiR’s overall mission and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and other teams to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Build and manage partnerships, sponsorships,



and influencer collaborations to expand AiR’s reach.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with organisational objectives.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and channels to strengthen outreach and impact.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably across digital marketing, branding, strategy, or communications.
- Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of social media, content marketing, digital campaigns, and performance analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a quick-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to convert ideas into measurable marketing outcomes.
