- Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
- Provide email support to customers, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in managing emails, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence through effective communication.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
- Solid understanding of blended process, non-voice process, and email communication/email support/email management.
- Proficiency in handling multiple emails simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
