Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
Job Responsibilities:

User Experience and Research:
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Review and refine designs based on user feedback, usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, accessibility guidelines, and AI-powered design tools to improve design efficiency and innovation.

Product Design:
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Design intuitive, user-centered, and responsive web application interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.




- Prepare clear design specifications and handoff documentation, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.

Product Management:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Manage multiple design tasks and priorities while delivering high-quality work within project
- Ensure design solutions are scalable, technically feasible, and aligned with product strategy and business objectives.

Job Skills/Competencies/Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.
- Robust understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design
