They wash and sanitize dishware, cookware, and equipment, manage waste disposal, and support service or culinary teams to ensure smooth food and beverage operations.Core Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate commercial dishwashers or hand-wash pots, pans, glassware, and flatware to meet health standards.
- Area Cleanliness: Scrub kitchen surfaces, clean and mop floors, and empty trash bins regularly.
- Equipment & Stock Support: Restock clean utensils, plates, and cookware in service stations; handle chemical cleaning supplies safely.
- Dining/Banquet Assistance: Assist with setting up or clearing tables and arranging banquet spaces when needed.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
