We are looking for a Lead Data Integration Expert to direct and oversee an engineering team supporting enterprise data migration, ELT pipeline implementation, and cloud platform onboarding initiatives. The Lead will be responsible for architecting scalable data pipeline patterns, managing migration streams to Snowflake and ADLS, ensuring data integrity and security standards, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for the team executing SQL-to-Snowflake ELT pipelines and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) file ingestions.
- Design and standardize robust data pipeline frameworks, transfer patterns, staging architecture, landing folder structures, and ingestion error-handling processes.
- Liaise with client technical leads to establish connectivity, credentials, and network access requirements across source systems, Snowflake, and ADLS.
- Define and enforce data validation, pipeline monitoring, reconciliation frameworks, and quality assurance across all moved datasets and files.




- Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks in ELT workloads, database access constraints, or file transfer issues during high-volume operations.
- Provide clear progress reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery updates to project leadership.

Required Skills
- Data Integration & Pipeline Leadership: 8+ years in data engineering with a robust background in architecting end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines and leading technical teams through enterprise cloud migrations.
- Data Warehousing & Cloud Storage: Advanced proficiency in Snowflake architecture (data modeling, loading patterns, query optimization) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2).
- Source-to-Target Pipeline Design: Deep technical knowledge of relational SQL databases, automated pipeline orchestration, batch ingestion mechanisms, and bulk file transfer protocols.
