Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather data on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Prepare MIS reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions to analyze large datasets.
- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization's IT services business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Job Requirements :
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel formulas such as SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
