Objective

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with corporate and enterprise customers, and offering suitable digital transformation and automation solutions. The role requires building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth by achieving sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing within the Manufacturing Industry.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities among corporate and enterprise customers.
- Promote and sell automation software and hardware solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital transformation and automation solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
