Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, driving online sales growth, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
- Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently
- Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversions (SEO, keywords, content)
- Track competitor activity and suggest pricing/strategy improvements




- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage platform-specific ads and promotions (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales
- Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
