Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Chemical Engineering (Compulsory)
CTC: up to 25 lpa
Team Size: 25–30 members
Reporting To: Operations Head
Key focus areas:
Production planning & execution
GMP & QMS compliance
Deviation, Investigation, CAPA & Change Control
Production MIS & KPI monitoring
Process improvement & cost optimization
Capacity enhancement & cycle-time reduction
Yield, RM consumption & solvent recovery
Team management & training
EHS and plant operations
Candidates with solid experience in API/ chemical/specialty chemical manufacturing and GMP plant operations will be preferred.
