Your mission: make every SyRVN member feel heard, cared for, and confident that their request is in excellent hands.
This is not a traditional call-center job.
We are building a high-touch personal concierge service for busy members. They rely on us to make life easier—whether that means researching the right option, coordinating an appointment, resolving a problem, making a booking, or simply ensuring that something gets done properly.
We are looking for smart, hard-working people who genuinely enjoy helping others. You will combine human warmth and sound judgment with AI and modern digital tools to deliver service that feels personal, fast, thoughtful, and effortless.
What you will do
Own member requests from the first message through completion—do not just pass them along.
Respond quickly, communicate clearly, and keep members updated before they need to ask.
Research, compare, coordinate, book, purchase, schedule, follow up, and solve problems on a member’s behalf.
Use AI thoughtfully to research faster, organize information, draft clear responses, and improve the quality of your work.
Notice the small details, remember member preferences, and look for ways to make each experience better than expected.
Work closely with other agents, ask for help when needed, and step in to help teammates deliver for their members.
Keep accurate notes so that every request and commitment is easy for the team to understand and continue.
