Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
SAP HANA Infrastructure Lead
to own, manage, and optimize the SAP HANA database infrastructure within a
SAP Business One on HANA
setting. This is
not a functional consultant or ABAP/Fiori developer role
. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing
SAP HANA on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)
, performing HANA maintenance, leading performance troubleshooting, and driving infrastructure stability.

This is a fully remote role based in India. The candidate must be able to work independently, engage with multiple technical stakeholders, and take end-to-end ownership of the SAP HANA infrastructure layer. Immediate joining is required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP HANA Database Administration
- Install, configure, patch,



and upgrade SAP HANA 2.0 systems including SPS and revision updates.
- Perform daily HANA database administration: tenant management, backups, recovery, log management, storage and memory management.
- Manage HANA System Replication for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Plan and execute database refreshes, copies, and system migrations.
- Implement and maintain SAP HANA security: users, roles, privileges, encryption, and audit policies.
- Monitor database health, workload patterns, and capacity utilization.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Administration
- Administer and maintain SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications.
- Apply OS patches, kernel updates, and SAP-specific tuning recommendations.
- Configure filesystems, storage layout, networking, and security hardening for HANA systems.
- Manage SUSE cluster (Pacemaker/Corosync) for HANA high availability.
- Troubleshoot Linux-level performance issues
