Experience: Min 2 Years (preferably in consulting / CA firm / advisory environment)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a agile Semi-Qualified/Qualified CA who will act as a key client interface for the organization. The role requires strong communication, client handling, leadership, and presentation skills, along with solid accounting and compliance knowledge. The candidate will represent the company in front of clients, manage a team, and travel across India for client meetings and project discussions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship & Advisory

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

● Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure high service quality.

● Understand client requirements and provide financial, compliance, and advisory support.

● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and review discussions.

2. Team Management

● Lead and guide a team of accountants/executives.





● Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

● Review work done by the team before submission to clients.

3. Client Communication

● Handle day-to-day client communications through calls, meetings, and emails.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client work.

● Resolve client queries and ensure timely updates.

4. Travel & Client Meetings

● Travel across India for client meetings, onboarding, and relationship building.

● Represent the organization in a professional and confident manner.

5. Financial & Compliance Oversight

● Review accounting, taxation, and compliance deliverables prepared by the team.

● Ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

● Support clients with advisory related to accounts, taxation, and financial processes.
